Team Fit

Okay, it's been awhile I didn't update my blog. I'm quite busy sitting for my SPM examination. Well, since my SPM is over, I've made my decision to stop my gaming life at once. I think it's quite enough to live my life as a gamer. One day, after I broke up with my girlfriend, first word that I've thought in my head was, "I want to workout again." , but believe me, I do my workout routine bit by bit to get my strength and stamina back. It's been a tough and a rough moment since I've stopped working out like a year ago. 

First of all, I knew it from the beginning that I need to find my stamina back before I could lift more weight. I also started to plan my dietary week. Dietary is important because it'll give your muscles look shredded and jacked. Most of the boys and girls started to gain some weight especially right after the SPM examination. But, I won't live in a life like that, that's a promise that I've made to myself. 

I guess enough with the introduction, let's proceed how I get back in a shape after the SPM examination. I've  started  following Team Fit on Twitter. I followed Team Fit because I almost gave up at that time how and where to start my workout routine. At that time, all I need was my personal trainer to train me back. But my P.T already went back to her hometown in Sarawak. Team Fit helps me alot when I almost quitted my fitness thingy. I asked them how to start my workout routine. Guess what? They did answered my question. They also always kept me motivated by telling me,"live for nothing or die for something? It's u who make the choice."
